What kind of personal information do we collect and why do we collect them

Of course, during a photoshoot new photographs are created. These are stored just internally and are not published by default. Publication is only possible when receiving your explicitly expressed agreement.

Contact forms on the web

By sending information using a contact form, you are allowing the use of the respective personal information. Such information will not be used for unsolicited messages or any other kinds of offers. They serve just as a contact in terms of our cooperation.

Comments and “Likes” from the Facebook company

The comments and the “Like” button respect your settings in the Facebook social network.

Embedded content from other websites

The posts on this website may contain embedded contents (especially YouTube videos). Contents inserted from other websites behave as the user would visit such a website.

How long do we keep your information

The photographs created during an assignment are stored during the course of the project and also several months after finishing. The reason are possible corrections, backup for the occasional loss etc. After several month they are made smaller, so in the case of a crisis, they are still available though in a lower quality or in a lesser number. After that they are completely erased.

What are your rights

In case we are the administrator of your personal information, you can ask us to create a file with the export of all the data we store about you. You can also ask us to delete all the data we store about you. This possibility doesn’t not include the information which we have to keep for adminstrative, legal or safety reasons.

Where are your data sent

If the client hasn’t expressed an explicit agreement on publishing the photos, the photos are stored only internally. Some of the information might be backed up on a Backblaze company servers. Such information is ciphered before transmission, so even Backblaze is not able to read them.
